Because all items are made when ordered, we cannot offer returns or exchanges, except in certain situations. Clothing will only be refunded or exchanged if you received a size different from what was ordered. Damaged items will be exchanged or refunded if we are notified within 30 days of purchase. For refunds/exchanges, please submit a picture of the damaged or wrong sized item via email to livingfulloffun@outlook.com.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned and refunded.

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Digital download products

To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase, including the date of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Returns

Please do not return an item without notifying us first and requesting return authorization. Non-approved returns will not be refunded or returned. Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, as soon as possible. If returning an item, you will be notified when your item has been received. You will receive an email once your refund has been issued. If you do not see a credit posted to your account within 30 days of receiving the email stating your refund has been issued:

  • First, check your bank or credit card account. If not there,
  • Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is posted to your account. We have no control over the amount of time your bank or credit card company takes to post your credit.
  • If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund within 30 days, please contact us at livingfulloffun@outlook.com

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at livingfulloffun@outlook.com. You will be sent information how to return your item. A new item will be sent to production and shipped directly from the print provider. We do not exchange items where the incorrect sizes were ordered. As previously stated, clothing will only be refunded or exchanged if you received a size different from what was ordered.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you will receive shipping information via the email you provide.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange requests for damaged items will be sent to the print provider. The print provider is responsible for exchanges and shipping.
